Work Detail
A Gravity And Pressure Sewage Network Was Designed For The Town Of Swarzynice. The Documentation Includes: Gravity And Pressure Pipelines, Property Extensions, Sewage Pumping Stations. The Documentation Does Not Include Sewage Connections To Individual Buildings. There Are Also No Overvoltages Or Connections Of Existing Buildings To The New Sewage System. For The Purposes Of This Documentation, Soil Tests Were Carried Out In Several Parts Of Swarzynice. On Its Basis, The Ground Conditions Are Defined As Simple, And The Designed Facilities Are Classified In The First Geotechnical Category. During Geological Works, Groundwater And Layers Of Non-Building Embankments Were Drilled. A Detailed Description Of The Ground Conditions Can Be Found In The Geotechnical Opinion. Gravity Network: The Gravity System Should Be Made Of Solid Pvc Pipes, Class Sn8, With A Diameter Of 160-200 Mm. The Pipelines Were Designed In Asphalt Roads, Gravel Roads, Roadsides, And Roads Paved With Paving Stones. Due To The Specificity Of Swarzynice, The Depth Of Laying Pipelines Ranges From 1.0 M To Over 4.0 M. However, Sections With A Depth Of Over 4.0 M Occur Sporadically. The Vast Majority Of The Networks Are Laid At An Average Depth Of 2-3 M. To Change The Route Of The Laid Channels, It Is Planned To Use Concrete Wells With A Diameter Of Ø1000 Mm, Class B45, With ¾ Bases. All Wells End With A Well Plate, A Relief Ring And A D400 Class Cast Iron Manhole With Concrete Filling. Match The Cast Iron Manhole To The Terrain Elevations. Additionally, It Is Planned To Install Wells On Straight Sections At Maximum Distances Of Approximately 50 Meters. All Side Outlets (Reachers) Are Made By Connecting Them To The Main Network Via A Tee Or To The Nearest Concrete Well. Before Starting Work On A Given Section, The Contractor Is Obliged To Confirm The Possibility Of Its Correct Implementation, Especially Taking Into Account The Terrain Elevations. The Main Collector Is Installed With A Slope Of 5-6 Per Mille. Discharge Network It Is Planned To Install A Sewage Pumping Station. A Chamber With A Basket Grate Is Planned To Be Constructed In Front Of Each Pumping Station. Discharge Sections With A Diameter Of 90-110 Mm Have Been Designed. The Pressure Sewage System Should Be Made Of Butt-Welded Pe100 Sdr 17 Pipes. The Average Depth Of The Pipeline Is 1.2 M Below Ground Level. Place A Brown Locating Tape With A Metal Insert At A Height Of 30 Cm Above The Pipe. In The Town Of Swarzynice, Most Of The Pipeline Should Be Laid In A Common Trench With The Gravity Sewage System. The Transmission Section Between Swarzynice And Trzebiechów Will Be Laid In The Road Right-Of-Way Of The Provincial Road. The Area Of ​​Impassable Pumping Stations Is Planned To Be Fenced Off And Hardened. Reachers Due To The Work Being Carried Out In Residential Areas, Mostly Built-Up Areas And On Paved Roads, It Is Planned To Build Sewer Reachers For All Developed Plots. This Procedure Is Intended To Enable Individual Connections Of Sewage Connections Without The Need To Interfere With The Road. The Reachers Should Be Made Of 160Mm Solid Pvc Pipes, Class Sn8. Connection To The Main Sanitary Collector Should Be Made Using A Tee Outlet Or By Connecting It To The Nearest Concrete Well (If Possible). In A Concrete Well, Provide A Base For The Connection. If Necessary, Also Make An External Cascade Connection In The Well. Cascades Should Be Implemented For Reaches Connected To Concrete Wells At A Height Of More Than 0.5 M From The Bottom Of The Channel. On The Side Of Individual Plots, Install Plastic Inspection Chambers Made Of Pp With A Diameter Of 415 Mm, Ending With A Telescope, A Relief Ring And A D400 Class Manhole.
