1. The Subject Of The Investment Is Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System In Ul. Gościnna” On The Section From The Existing Sewage Pumping Station To Ul. Compliant.1) The Scope Of The Order Includes:  Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System In The Road Area Made Of Sn8 Pvc Pipes,  Restoration Of The Surface Along The Entire Width Of The Street; 2) Additional Requirements:  The Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Ensures Access To The Property For Residents,  The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Full Surveying Services, Including Post-Construction Inventory, - The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Necessary Tests And Examinations Resulting From The Regulations And Construction Law, - The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out A Visual Inspection Of The Technical Condition Of The Roads Located On The Planned Investment Supply Route Before Starting The Works. It Is Required To Prepare Photographic Or Film Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep A Book Of Measurements, The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Any Damage Caused By His Actions, In Particular Damage To Installations On The Ground Surface And Underground Facilities Shown In The Documents Provided To Him By The Ordering Party, The Contractor At Least . 7 Days Before Reporting The Completion Of The Investment, It Will Provide At Least 1 Copy Of As-Built Documentation For Each Industry And An As-Built Geodetic Map For Inspection And Acceptance By Supervision Inspectors;3) The Commencement Of Works Should Be Reported To The Appropriate Units - Network Administrators, In Order To Be Informed About The Above-Mentioned Works And Their Time. Duration. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform Residents And Users Of The Streets Affected By Construction Works About The Commencement And Planned Completion Of The Works.2. The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts Due To: Execution Of The Task By Different Contractors, Divided Into Different Industries, Would Result In Collisions That Could Not Be Eliminated Or Would Prevent The Proper Implementation Of The Task. Works In Individual Industries Are Performed Simultaneously And Depend On Each Other, Which Ensures Consistency Of Implementation.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Total Share Of Electric Vehicles Or Natural Gas-Powered Vehicles In The Motor Vehicle Fleet Within The Meaning Of Art. 2 Point 33 Of The Act Of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law Used In The Performance Of This Task Was At Least 10%, In Accordance With Art. 68 Section 3 In Connection Art. 35 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Act Of January 11, 2018 On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks, I.E. Engineering Works - Installation Works Of Sanitary Sewage Systems. 5. Equivalent Solutions: In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Design Documentation Or Stwior Included A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, And Technical Reference System.6.
