Z O. O. 2. The Order Consists Of Two Tasks: Task I - Rental Of Clothing With Purchase, Along With The Rental Of Clothes And Drop-In Wardrobes The Rental Will Be In Accordance With The List Presented In The Price Form And The Table Below (Range And Quantities). Clothing Will Be Repaid In 156 Installments For Currently Employed Employees, While Clothing Issued During The Duration Of The Contract Will Be Settled In Proportion To The Remaining Period (In As Many Installments As The Number Of Cycles Remaining Until The End Of The Contract). Each Employee Has 3 Sets Of Summer Clothing (Set Includes: Dungarees, Jacket, Flannel Shirt, 2 T-Shirts) In Such A Way That Two Sets Are Used By The Employee, The Third Is Washed, And 2 Winter Sets (The Set Includes: Insulated Dungarees, Insulated Jacket)) In Such A Way That 1 Set Is Used By The Employee, The Second Is Washed. After The End Of The Contract, The Clothing Will Be Purchased For 0.1% Of The Initial Value. The Work Clothing Rented And Owned By The Ordering Party Must Be New And Marked In A Way That Ensures Its Identification And Return To The Appropriate User After The Service. Designs And Colors To Be Agreed Before Signing The Contract. The Ordering Party Requires That The Clothing From Item 3-6 Of The Table Was Made Of Fabric With A Declaration Of Conformity Confirming That The Product Meets The Requirements: Pn-En Iso 13688 - Protective Clothing. General Requirements, Pn-P-84525 - Work Clothes. Work Clothes Pn-En Iso 20471 - Testing Of Color And Light Color Index. Task Ii - Washing And Servicing Of Rented Clothes Described In Task I And Owned By The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Service Provided, The Contractor Ensures: A) Equipping The Ordering Party With The Necessary Infrastructure To Perform The Contract ( Clothes And Coin Lockers) Before The Start Of The Service. Clothes Lockers Must Enable Collective Storage Of Dirty Clothes And Individual Clean Clothes For Each Employee In A Place Designated By The Ordering Party. The Delivered Wardrobes Must Have Space For Summer And Winter (Supplementary) Clothing, B) Washing And Servicing Clothing According To The Agreed Schedule (Planned Collection On Monday), C) Making Tailoring Alterations At The Contractors Expense, D) Repairing Damaged Clothing (Any Damage) , Also The Ordering Partys Clothing Provided To The Contractor For Washing And Servicing, E) Taking The Dimensions Of Designated Employees And Adjusting The Dimensions Of The Clothing By The Contractor In Order To Deliver Appropriate Clothing In The Right Sizes Within 20 Business Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract For Currently Employed Employees - Approximately 200 People ( Measurement, Delivery), And Clothing For Newly Employed Employees, And Sewn On During The Contract Period Within 5 Business Days Of Notification (Measurement, Delivery Of Clothing And, Possibly, Wardrobes). Witosa 96, And In Another Place Indicated By The Ordering Party At The Contractors Expense, H) Delivery Of Replacement Clothing In The Event Of Natural Wear And Tear (Applies To Clothing Provided By The Contractor) Or Destruction, E.G. To 3.00 P.M., J) When Collecting Dirty Clothes And Delivering Clean Clothes, The Contractors Employee Is Obliged To Count The Work Clothes In The Presence Of Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party And Prepare A Collection Protocol/ Deliveries,K) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Issue An Invoice For The Actual Number Of Washed And Serviced Items Of Clothing (In Monthly Settlements - Vat Invoices),L) Permanent Placement Of A Large Logo (Estimated Dimensions Length Approx. 25Cm X Width Approx. 8Cm) - Placed On The Swedish Jacket (On The Back) - To Be Determined When Signing The Contract Depending On The Agreed Color Of The Clothing, ) Permanent Placement Of A Small Logo (Estimated Dimensions: Length Approx. 15Cm X Width Approx. 4Cm) - Placed On Dungarees At The Front - To Arrangements When Signing The Contract Depending On The Agreed Color Of The Clothing. 3. Determining The Start/End Of The Winter Period Depends On The Ordering Party.4. Before Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Obliges The Selected Contractor To Present Patterns Of Summer And Winter Work Clothes Proposed To The Ordering Party For Approval (Cut, Color, Material, Etc.) And Documents Confirming The Composition Of The Fabrics That Will Be Used To Sew The Clothes By The Contractor To Confirm Compliance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. . Before The Planned Commencement Of The Service, The Clothing Should Be In The Wardrobes Provided By The Contractor And Placed In Designated Places At The Ordering Party. Notifications Of Demand For New Clothing And Complaints Will Be Sent By E-Mail By The Person Responsible For The Implementation Of The Contract On The Part Of The Ordering Party To The Address Indicated In The Contract.
