The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services For Maintaining Computer Hardware And Software Owned By The Joint Secretariat South Baltic (Hereinafter Referred To As Ws Pb) With Its Registered Office At Plac Porozumienia Gda skiego 1, 80-864 Gda sk (Lok. 121) In Proper Functional Condition For A Period Of 24 Months. Scope Of Duties Of Ict Services (Included In The Lump Sum Cost): 1. Obligatory Visit Of An It Specialist At Least Twice A Month For No Less Than 3 Hours At The Office In Gda sk On A Business Day Agreed With The Ordering Party. 2. Travel Visits Listed As Part Of Obligatory Visits Are Included In The Monthly Lump Sum Presented By The Contractor In The Offer. 3. Possibility Of Shortening The Time Of The It Specialists Visit After Consultation With The Ordering Party (With The Head Of The Joint Program Secretariat Or A Person Designated By Him) By Transferring Unused Hours To Subsequent Visits In The Event Of, For Example, A Failure. 4. Telephone Consultations (Help Desk) During Office Hours, I.E. From 08:15 To 16:15 On Every Working Day. 5. The Contractor Will Enable The Ordering Party And Entities Authorized By The Ordering Party To Conduct Audits And Will, If Necessary, Actively Participate In Them And Provide All Necessary Information Regarding Ict Resulting From The Contract. 23. Technical Support For Users, Including Remote Support (Remote Desktop) And Telephone Support, Unlimited In Time And Quantity. 24. Installation Of Free Updates, Patches For Windows And Other Used Software Installed On Workstations Provided By The Manufacturer. 25. Adapting The Software To The Needs Of The Ordering Party By Proposing Additional Purchases In This Area, E.G. Updating Anti-Virus Software And Indicating The Need To Extend The License For Another Period. 26. Advice On The Selection Of Equipment. 27. Technical Support For Mobile Devices Such As Smartphones, Tablets, Etc. 28. Maintaining Technical Documentation And Preparing Protocols/Reports Of Work Performed In Accordance With The Template Provided By The Ordering Party. 29. Cooperation With The Administration Department Of The Center For European Projects In The Management, Supervision And Audit Of All Devices Located At The Headquarters Of The Joint Program Secretariat. 30. All Activities And Purchases Not Included In The Scope Of Obligations Require Agreement With The Ordering Party. 31. All Technical And Configuration Issues Not Described In The Contract Will Be Carried Out With The Ordering Party And At His Request By The Contractor Within The Deadlines Set In The Contract. Ii Scope Of Duties Of Ict Services Not Covered By The Lump Sum (Option): The Ordering Party Provides For A Maximum Of 100 Man-Hours For Work Not Covered By The Monthly Remuneration (Lump Sum). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Entire Maximum Limit Of Man-Hours. The Rate For Each Commenced Hour Of It Work Is Calculated In Accordance With The Offer.
