Świecka 89A In Tuchola - A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 49.2 Kwp Will Be Installed On The Roof Of The Building, 2) Tuchola Vocational Education Center Located At Ul. Świecka 89A In Tuchola - A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 40.18 Kwp Will Be Installed On The Roof Of The Building,3) Vocational Activity Plant Located At Świecka 89A Street In Tuchola - A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 49.2 Kwp Will Be Installed On The Roof Of The Building4) Kolorowy Playground Corner Located At Ul. Świecka 89A In Tuchola - A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 8.2 Kwp Will Be Installed On The Roof Of The Building,5) District Roads Authority Located At Ul. Przemysłowa 6 In Tuchola - A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 14.76 Kwp Will Be Installed On The Roof Of The Building ,6) Specialized Support Center Located At Przemysłowa 6 In Tuchola - A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 5.74 Kwp.2 Will Be Installed On The Roof Of The Building. The Order Concerns The Project Titled: Construction Of Renewable Energy Sources In Public Buildings Of The Tuchola District Co-Financed By The Regional Operational Program Of The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship For 2014-2020 Under Priority Axis 13. Supporting Crisis Repair Activities In The Context Of The Covid-19 Pandemic And Its Social Effects And Preparation For Ecological And Digital Reconstruction Of The Economy Increasing Its Resilience, Measure 13.3 Energy Efficiency In The Public Sector, Scheme: Micro-Installations - Public Buildings.3. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Delivery Of Photovoltaic Panels, 2) Installation Of A System Supporting Structure For Photovoltaic Modules, 3) Installation Of Photovoltaic Modules, 4) Installation Of Photovoltaic Devices (Inverters), 5) Connection Of Photovoltaic Modules And Devices Constituting The Installation, 6) Installation Of Equipment In In The Form Of Dc And Ac Switchboards With Protections,7) Internal And External Cable Routes For The Photovoltaic System, 8) Connection Of The Pv Installation To The Existing Building Fuse Board,9) Carrying Out Tests, Examinations And Commissioning Of The Photovoltaic Installation,10) Finishing At Least In Accordance With The Original Condition Of The Areas Around The Installation Passages (Plaster/Insulation, Passages Through Walls, Ceilings, Roofs) And Effective Protection Against Weather Conditions Of Places Outside The Facility Where Assembly Works Were Carried Out,11) Programming And Commissioning Of The Automation System Along With Connecting The Wlan Communication Modem To The Controller In Order To Read The Energy Yield Parameters Via The Internet For 6 Photovoltaic Installations,12) Training Users On The Principles Of Proper Operation Of The Photovoltaic Installation, Along With Developing Operating Instructions And Providing Them To Users,13) Connecting The Installation To The Power Grid Together With Reporting The Connection Of The Installation To Distribution Network Based On The Guidelines.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 5. All Devices, Fittings And Accessories Must Be Brand New And Meet The Requirements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 6. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Construction Of The Installation And Connection By An Authorized Installer Who Will Guarantee The Correct Implementation Of The Project, Assembly And Operation Of The Installation While Ensuring The Operational Safety Of The Installation And Cooperation With The Power Grid. 7. The Installation Should Be Built In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Meet The Technical And Operational Requirements Specified In Art. 7A Of The Energy Law, Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of May 4, 2007 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System And The Instructions For The Operation And Operation Of The Distribution Network. 8. The Contractor Undertakes To Complete Deliveries In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Terms Of Reference, Technical Knowledge, Contract And Arrangements Made During Its Implementation. 9. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions. The Proper Names Provided In This Swz (Origin, Manufacturer, Etc.) Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature To Determine The Basic Parameters And Features Of The Materials And Products Used. If The Above-Mentioned Items Are Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Indications Should Be Treated As A Proposal And Should Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Contractor May Offer A Material Or Equivalent Product With Technical Parameters Corresponding At Least To The Parameters Specified In The Swz And Documentation. An Equivalent Product Is One That Has The Same Functional Features As A Specific Product By Name Or Origin Indicated In The Documentation. Its Quality Cannot Be Worse Than The Quality Specified In The Product Specification And It Should Have Parameters No Worse Than Those Of The Indicated Product. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate At The Implementation Stage That The Products He Offers Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. In Situations Where The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Referring To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And The References Indicated Above Should Be Read With The Words Or Equivalent.
