The Platform Must Be A Solution That Enables Employees And Students Of The University Of Silesia In Katowice, Including Those With Disabilities, To Learn English At Any Place And Time Using A Computer, Tablet Or Mobile Phone. The Contractor Will Provide Licenses Without Time Limits, Authorizing The Use Of The Platform For At Least 1,000 Active Users.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Pre-Implementation Analysis, B) Construction Of The Platform, C) Implementation (Launch And Testing Of The Platform In The Ordering Partys Environment), D) Providing All Necessary Licenses To Launch And Use The Platform, E) Granting A Warranty (Accepting Notifications Via The Helpdesk, Removing Errors In The Platform), F) Conducting Training.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz4) Order Completion Date: By 40 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 5) Delivery Address: The Language Platform Will Be Implemented And Launched On The Ordering Partys Servers. 6) Required Minimum Warranty Period: 12 Months From The Date Of Launch Of The Platform. The Warranty Period Begins On The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. The Warranty Period Is A Non-Price Criterion For Evaluating Offers - If A Longer Warranty Period Is Offered, The Contractors Offer Will Receive Additional Points, In Accordance With The Rules Set Out In Chapter. Xiii Swz. 7) Required Maximum Time For Removing Errors, Counted From The Moment Of Reporting: A) Failure - Up To 8 Working Hours, B) Error - Up To 96 Working Hours, C) Defect - Up To 3 Months.
