As Part Of The Demolition Projects Of The Npnru Valdegour/Pissevin, The City Wishes To Set Up A Crushing Center On The Lauzières Site To Organize The Recycling Of Materials With A View To Their Reuse In The Urban Development Works Of The Npnru Valdegour Pissevin . The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Appoint A Service Provider For The Development, Management And Operation Of A Platform For The Transit And Crushing Of Inert Materials On The Lauzières Site. As Part Of This Consultation, The City Of Nîmes Acts As Contracting Authority. This Contract Is Awarded Following An Open Call For Tenders Procedure, In Application Of Articles R212421°, R21612 To R21615 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Services Are Not Divided Into Separate Lots For The Reason(S) Indicated In Article 1.3.1 Of The Consultation Regulations
