The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Loading System Of The Biofix Composting Plant In Accordance With Annex No. 1B To The Swz. Detailed Terms Of The Renovation (Delivery And Assembly): 1. The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Orders Crane Services Necessary To Dismantle And Assemble The Equipment Of Line 2. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Introducing Structural Changes That Improve The Functional Features Of The Lines And Their Service Life.3. The Place Of Delivery And Assembly Of Spare Parts Is The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant, Ul. Witosa 94 In Radom.4. The Document Confirming The Completion Of The Renovation Will Be Vat Invoices Signed By An Authorized Person From The Ordering Party On The Basis Of The Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. Upon Delivery, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide A Set Of Necessary Documents Regarding The Installed Spare Parts (Material And Transport Documents And A Quality Certificate), Otherwise The Ordering Party Will Not Allow The Installation Of The Delivered Parts. Additional Requirements: 1. The Ordering Party Requires That The Quality Warranty Period For The Service Provided And The Materials Used Should Not Be Shorter Than 36 Months From The Signing Of The Acceptance Protocol After Delivery And Installation. The Warranty Does Not Cover Parts That Wear Out Naturally.2. Arrangements And Decisions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Will Be Agreed By The Ordering Party With The Appointed Representative Of The Contractor.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Control The Quality Parameters Of The Delivered Parts
