The Federal Governments Rail Transport Master Plan States: “Rail Freight Transport Can Open Up New Markets As Well As New Goods And Groups Of Goods If The Specific Requirements Of Industry And Commerce Are Met And The Appropriate Loading And Handling Infrastructure As Well As Rail Connections Are Available.” And Defines The Vision: “Rail Access Points Are Available Across The Board.”
