Procedure No. Np.26.2.85.23.Do.1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It.1.2 As Part Of The Order, The Basic Scope And, Possibly, The Scope Covered By The Option Right, In Whole Or In Part , Entitled To The Ordering Party.1.3 The Basic Scope Of The Order Includes Soil Research And Environmental And Natural Expertise In Terms Of The Future Development Of The Area Of The White Seas: Register No. 1/3, 1/4, 1/5, 1/6, 1/7 , 1/8, 1/9, 1/10, 1/15, 1/17, 1/23, 1/24, 1/25, 1/26, 1/27, 1/28, 1/31, 1 /43, 1/45, 1/55, 1/61, 1/62, 1/63 1/64, 1/65, 1/66, 1/69, 1/71, 1/72 District P-66, Unit Records Of Podg rze In Accordance With The Graphic Annex To Swz No. 10, Including The Implementation Of Necessary Research And Work, I.E. Remote Sensing Measurements, Botanical Research, Zoological Research, Soil Research, Sozological Research - Cartographic Preparation. 1.4 The Order Covered By Option Right No. 1 Includes The Performance Of Tests Using Bees, As A Result Of Which Information Will Be Obtained About Pesticides And Metals As Well As The Structure Of The Species Composition Of Melliferous Plants In The Research Area Of The White Seas Area. 1.5 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right, In Whole Or In Part, Specified, Among Others, In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. Increasing The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. Part Of The Subject Of The Order Described In The Swz And The Contract Regarding Option No. 1 Concerns The Possibility Of Ordering Further Services Related To Research Using Bees, As A Result Of Which Information Will Be Obtained About Pesticides And Metals As Well As The Structure Of The Species Composition Of Melliferous Plants In The Research Area Of The White Seas. Therefore, The Ordering Party May, But Does Not Have To, Commission The Contractor To Perform The Order Covered By The Option Right In Whole Or In Part. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Exercise The Option Right, In Whole Or In Part. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Basic Order. The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration For The Scope Of The Contract Actually Completed. The Option Right Concerns The Order For The Contractor To Provide Further Services Related To Research And Environmental Expertise As Part Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Makes The Exercise Of The Option Right Dependent On The Financial Capacity To Exercise It. In Order To Exercise The Option Right, In Whole Or In Part, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A Declaration (Order) In Written Or Electronic Form With A Qualified Electronic Signature To The Registered Office Or E-Mail Address Indicated For Correspondence By March 29, 2024, And In Such A Case The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Implement It In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Swz And Its Annexes And At The Price And Within The Deadlines Specified In The Content Of The Submitted Offer And The Concluded Contract. In The Event Of Ordering The Option Right, In Whole Or In Part, After The Assumed Date Of March 29, 2024. Allows The Possibility Of Extending The Contract Implementation Deadline By An Appropriate Number Of Days. 1.6 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: 1.6.1 Annex No. 9 - Description Of The Subject Matter And Material Scope Of The Order; 1.6.2 Annex No. 10 - Graphic Scope With The Indicated Scope. 1.7 For The Purposes Of This Procedure, The Ordering Party Assumes That That, For Example, The Words Research, Expertise And Documentation, Or Their Plural, Should Be Treated Equivalently, Regardless Of The Context In Which They Are Used, Because The Scope Of The Contract Covers Many Types Of Services And Activities That May Be Defined Differently In Practice. 1.8 The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide At Least 36 Months Of Warranty And Guarantee, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract, And Within And During The Period Of The Warranty And Guarantee Granted, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Exercise The Function Of Authors Supervision And Cooperate Within The Framework Of A Lump-Sum Remuneration With The Representative Or Representatives Of The Entity Preparing Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Development Of The White Sea Areas, As Well As For Ongoing Cooperation Directly With The Ordering Party And Authorized Contact Representatives.2. The Contractor Should Complete And Sign The Offer Form With Attachments Or Submit An Offer Corresponding To Their Content, Using A Qualified Electronic Signature, Trusted Signature Or Personal Signature And Post It Using The E-Procurement Platform, Available On The Website Http://Ezamowienia.Gov.Pl .3. The Contractor Must Attach To The Offer All Documents, Declarations And Attachments Presented In The Swz Signed Using A Qualified Electronic Signature, Trusted Signature Or Personal Signature.4. The Contractor Must Offer The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Swz.5. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Included In The Swz.
