The Welfare Region Of Central Ostrobothnia Requests Applications For Participation In The Procurement System For Rehabilitative Work Activities, On The Basis Of Which Purchasing Services For Rehabilitative Work Activities Will Be Procured For The Welfare Region Of Central Ostrobothnia From January 1, 2024 To December 31, 2028. The Welfare Region Of Central Ostrobothnia Accepts All Service Providers Who Meet The Procurement Suitability Requirements And Minimum Requirements Into The Procurement System. The Welfare Region Of Central Ostrobothnia Does Not Commit To Any Minimum Order Quantities During The Contract Period. Services Are Purchased As Needed And Services Are Paid For According To Their Use. Rehabilitative Work Activities Are Intended For People Who Have Been Unemployed For A Long Time To Improve Employment Opportunities And Life Control. The Rehabilitative Work Activities Act Stipulates For Whom Rehabilitative Work Activities Are Organized. Persons Who, Due To Limitations In Their Work And Functional Abilities, Are Unable To Find Employment In The Open Labor Market Or Participate In Te Services, Can Be Clients Of Rehabilitative Work Activities. Note! According To Section 13, Subsection 2 Of The Act On Rehabilitative Work Activities (189/2001), Rehabilitative Work Activities May Not Be Obtained From The Company. However, This Does Not Apply To The Support And Guidance Given To A Person Participating In Rehabilitative Work Activities. Companies Cannot Submit An Application For Participation, They Will Be Automatically Rejected. The Service Provider Can Subcontract Individual Guidance To A Person Participating In Rehabilitative Work Activities From The Company.
