The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Three New Laboratory Devices For The Veterinary Hygiene Institute In Lublin, Divided Into Three Parts. Part I - Automatic Fiber Determination Device - 1 Piece. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. Common Provisions For All Parts: 1) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order May Only Take Place On Business Days During The Ordering Partys Working Hours. 2) All Requirements Specified In Annexes No. 1A/1B/1C To The Swz Constitute Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract, Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.3) The Contractor Will Organize The Transport, Unloading And Bringing The Subject Of The Order On Its Own To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.4) The Contractor Is Responsible For Damage To The Subject Of The Order During Transport Until It Is Delivered To The Ordering Party.5) The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Item The Order Was Brand New, Unused, Did Not Come From An Exhibition Or Return, Had The Required Technical Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Was In An Undamaged, Technically Functional Condition, Complete And Ready For Use And Met The Standards Required By Polish Law And Was Free From Defects Physical And Legal.6) The Purchased Equipment - In Each Part - Should Comply With Applicable Standards And Have The Necessary Certificates And Approvals In Accordance With Applicable Law, Which Will Be Provided To The Ordering Party Before Signing The Acceptance Protocol.7) The Supplied Equipment - In Each Part - Should Be Admitted For Marketing And Use In Eu Countries.8) The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Complete With All Cables, Consumables, Components, Etc. Necessary For Its Proper Use, Ready For Commissioning And Use Without Additional Expenditure And Purchases.9) The Contractor Is Obliged To Providing The Equipment With Equipment Manuals And Warranty Cards For Individual Devices Issued By The Manufacturer In Polish Or With Translation Into Polish.10) The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With The Description Or Standards.11) I Whenever The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. Equivalence Consists In The Possibility Of Offering The Subject Of The Contract With No Worse Technical Parameters, Configurations, Normative Requirements, Etc.12) The Detailed Scope Of Obligations Of The Parties Is Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 (A/B/C) To Swz.13) Contractor For The Delivered Subject Of The Order Provides The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee Of At Least 12 Months. The Guarantee Is A Criterion For Evaluating Offers And In Each Part It Will Be Counted From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol By The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Guarantee, The Rights Of The Ordering Party And The Obligations Of The Guarantor Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 (A/B/C) To The Swz.
