1. The Subject Of The Order Is The General Renovation Of A Residential And Service Building Along With The Development Of The Area At Ul. Stawowa 2 In Mikołów. In Accordance With The Decision On The Building Permit No. Rdpb-487/2019 Of May 23, 2019, The Permit Of The Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Katowice No. K/616/2019 Of May 21, 2019, Technical Documentation, Bills Of Quantities (Which Only Constitute An Auxiliary Role) , Stwior And Technical Design In The Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Installations Industries.2. The Scope Of Works Includes: A) Disassembly Of The Roof Covering And Structure, B) Partial Dismantling Of The Existing Ground Floor Walls, C) Construction Of Newly Designed Foundations, D) Construction Of Newly Designed Ground Floor Walls, Bricking Up The Openings - In Accordance With The Architectural Design, E) Construction Of New Openings And Widening Window Openings On The Ground Floor, F) Construction Of The Ceiling Structure With Reinforced Concrete Beams And Lintels, Construction Of A Perimeter Ring, G) Construction Of New Walls Of The First Floor Together With Lintels, H) Construction Of Beams And A Ceiling Above The First Floor, I) Construction Of Gable Walls And A Horizontal Perimeter Ring Roof Support, J) Reconstruction Of The Roof Structure, K) Execution Of Sheet Metal Work At The Eaves, L) Execution Of Sheathing Together With Slope Layers, M) Execution Of Finishing Works: Ceiling Insulation, Ceiling Finishing Layers, External Wall Insulation, External And Internal Plasters, Insulation, Plasterboard Partition Walls And Others, - Execution Of Internal Electrical Installation, - Execution Of Emergency Lighting Installation, - Execution Of Lightning Protection Installation, - Execution Of Telecommunications Installations, - Execution Of Sewage Installation, - Execution Of Central Heating Installation, - Execution Of Hot And Cold Water Installations. Execution Of Other Works Related To The Investment In Question. Scope The Works Do Not Include The Construction Of A Heating Substation, The Contractor Will Perform The Connection Works. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities, Which Play An Auxiliary Role, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Building Permit And Permission Of The Conservator Of Monuments, Which Constitute Annexes To The Swz . 3. If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical And Quality Parameters And Functional, Etc. 4. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 5. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 6. All Materials Used To Perform Work Should Have Appropriate Certificates, Approvals And Approvals For Use In Construction Required By Applicable Law. The Contractor Will Always Present Documents Confirming The Above At The Request Of The Supervision Inspector.7. During The Execution Of The Works, The Contractor Will Maintain Law And Order In The Area Where He Is Performing Them, And Will Also Ensure Safety And Fire Protection Conditions. Specified In Special Regulations.8. The Ordering Party Also Informs That The Future Contractor Is Ordered To Secure The Construction Site Against Access By Third Parties, Maintain Law And Order During The Works, And Tidy Up After The Works Are Completed.9. The Contractor Must Provide A Minimum 3-Year Warranty For The Work Performed And The Materials Used.10. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present A Copy Of Construction Licenses Along With A Current Certificate Of Membership In The Relevant Professional Chamber, In Accordance With The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings.11. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Visit The Site Or Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order. However, Due To The Lump Sum Settlement, The Ordering Party Recommends A Site Inspection In Order To Properly Prepare The Offer.
