Quantities, Characteristics And Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annexes No. 1, 5 And 9 To The Terms Of Reference (Swz). 4. The Quantities Included In Annex 9 Are Indicative Quantities. The Ordering Party Will Successively Determine The Size Of The Order (Type And Number Of Items To Be Delivered) Depending On The Needs. 5. The Contractor Will Not Demand The Full Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Described In Annex No. 9, And Will Not Demand Compensation From The Ordering Party In This Respect, Provided That The Ordering Party Will Use No Less Than 50% Of The Assortment.
