The Payment Of The Services And Works Will Be Made Within A Term Correlated With The Settlement Mechanism Through Pnrr, Within A Maximum Of 60 Calendar Days From The Date Of Registration Of The Invoice At The Registry Of The Contracting Authority, Considering The Fact That The Services And Works Are Financed By The Ministry Of Development, Public Works And Administration Through Pnrr And Will Be Settled On The Basis Of Payment Requests That Will Be Sent To The Ministry Of Development, Public Works And Administration And The Fact That It Is Possible That It May Not Transfer The Amounts Related To Invoices Submitted Within A Defined Period, For Reasons Such As Certain Clarification Requests, Lack Of Supporting Documents, Errors, Etc. The Contracting Authority Cannot Be Held Liable For Any Damage In The Event Of A Delay In The Allocation Of Funds Or In The Event That The Contract Will Not Be Fully Funded. Bidders Participating In This Procedure Accept The Use Of The Above Special Conditions Assuming Full Responsibility In Relation To The Possible Damages They May Suffer In The Described Situation.
