The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live And From Owners Of Real Estate Where No Residents Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated From The Area Of The City Of Imielin. 2. Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: From January 1, 2024 To December 31, 2024 Or If The Order Is Awarded After January 1, 2024, 12 Months From The Date Of Awarding The Order. 3. Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, Before Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Is Recommended To Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Imielin Commune Area And To Simulate The Waste Collection Routes. Together With The Offer, The Contractor Submits A Declaration That He Is Familiar With The Local Conditions For Performing The Subject Of The Contract And A Schedule Of Services That Meets The Requirements Specified In The Swz. 4. Detailed Requirements For The Provision Of Services Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
