The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Selection Of Intermediaries In The Acquisition And Delivery To The Entities Of All Types Of Licenses For The Manufacturers Vmware Software Indicated In The Manufacturers Price List, Within The Product Categories Indicated In Annex No. 1A To The Swz Or Equivalent Software Together With Technical Support And The Provision Of Expert Support Services Of The Manufacturer And Consulting Support Of The Contractor In The Scope Of The Manufacturers Software Provided. 2. The Framework Agreement Specifies All Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of Deliveries And The Conditions For Selecting Contractors Who Will Deliver Deliveries To The Units From Among The Contractors Who Are Parties To The Framework Agreement. 3. Orders Will Be Implemented Successively, Depending On The Needs Of The Entities After The Entity Submits An Order Application, Obtains A Response From The Contractor To The Order Request And Selects The Contractor Who Will Perform The Given Order (Execution Procedure).
