Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Air Conditions For Communication Network Cell. Description: Quaid-I-Azam University (Purchase & Store Section) Tender Notice 1. Sealed Tender On Item Rate F.O.R. Quaid-I-Azam University Campus Basis Is Invited From Well Reputed Firms Registered With The Sales Tax Department, Have Experience To Government / Semi Government Organization For The Purchase Of Air Conditions For Communication Network Cell. 2. Tender Documents Can Be Obtained From Office Of Undersigned Till 10.10.2023 On Payment Of Rs.3000/- (Through Bank Draft/Challan From University) As Tender Cost, On Working Days During Office Hours, Except Holidays On Written Request From The Firm Concern On A Letter Head Of The Firm Along With Proof For Fulfilling The Above Conditions (Photocopy Of Registration With Govt. / Semi Government Organization And Copy Of Supply Order Issued By Them). Sealed Tender Must Be Submitted Along With 4% Earnest Money Of The Total Cost / Value Of The Tender Items Quoted By The Concerned Firm By 11.10.2023 At 10:30 Am And Will Be Opened On The Same Day At 11:00 Am In The Committee Room Of The University In The Presence Of Suppliers / Contractors Or Their Authorized Agents. Telegraphic And Conditional Tender Will Not Be Accepted. Any Disfiguring, Overwriting / Manipulation In The Tender Documents Shall Liable To Be Rejected. The Rates Must Be Quoted Strictly In Accordance With Specification Mentioned In The Document And Valid For 06 Months. The Supply Must Be Completed Within Minimum Fifteen Days After Issue Of Confirmed Supply Order, Failing Which Earnest Money Will Be Forfeited In Favour Of Quaid-I-Azam University. 3. The University Reserves The Right To Accept / Reject The Tender (S) By Conveying The Reasons On Request Of Bidders.
