Framework Agreement - Consultant Assistance In The Areas Of Maintenance Management And Project Management . The Framework Agreements Apply To Consultancy Assistance Within Safety, Preparedness And Safeguarding In The Petroleum Operations On The Norwegian Continental Shelf And On Land, And For Other Industrial Operations At Sea With Any Land Facilities. The Framework Agreements Will Also Be Able To Cover Assistance From A Consultant For Assignments In Ptils Premises If Necessary. The Procurement Applies To The Following Sub-Areas:- Sub-Area 1: Maintenance Management In All Phases Of The Petroleum Operations And Other Industrial Operations At Sea With Any Onshore Facilities- Sub-Area 2: Project Management In All Phases Of The Petroleum Operations And Other Industrial Enterprises At Sea With Any Onshore Facilities The Tasks Within The Sub-Areas Will Vary In Scope From Simple Analyzes Or Assessments To More In-Depth Investigations. Separate Framework Agreements Will Be Entered Into For Each Sub-Area. Offers Can Be Made For One Or Both Sub-Areas. The Framework Agreements Shall Apply From 04.01.2024 For 2 Years With The Option Of A Further Extension Of 1 Year + 1 Year.
