The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Works Related To The Construction Of Lighting And Video Monitoring Installations In The Recreational Area At Ul. Fr. J. E. Mocko In Skoczów, In Accordance With The Design Documentation Prepared By The Tomasz Raszka Architekt Design Studio In October 2021. Approved By The Building Permit Decision No. 622 Ref. Wb6740.1565.2021.Mk Of June 21, 2022 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Works: 1) Construction Of A Lighting Cable Line, Installation Of 7 Pcs. Of Aluminum Lighting Poles With A Height Of 7 Meters, Installation Of Lighting Fixtures On The Poles - Two 80 W Led Luminaires On Each Pole (14 Pcs. Of Luminaires In Total), Delivery Installation Of 14 Controllers On Luminaires. The Planet Control System Was Installed In The City And Commune Of Skoczów. It Is A Star Configuration System That Enables Expansion To A Smart City Based On The Talqv2 Protocol. This System Is Recommended For Further Use During The Expansion Or Modernization Of Outdoor Lighting Infrastructure. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Luminaires Be Equipped With A Controller Connected To The Luminaire Via A Nema Socket. The Controller Is Designed To Ensure Communication With The Existing Control System, Thus Enabling Full Supervision And Remote Management Of The Luminaire.2) Delivery And Installation Of 3 Pcs. Of Aluminum Lighting Poles With A Height Of 7 M, Installation Of 5 Pcs. Of Led Solar Luminaires Min. 30 W On The Poles,3) Execution Video Monitoring Installation, Installation Of Cameras On Lighting Poles - 3 Pcs. Ptz Cameras, 10 Pcs. Stationary Cameras. Note: The Design Documentation Also Includes Elements That Are Not The Subject Of The Order. The Scope Of The Lighting Installation To Be Implemented Under The Order In Accordance With Annex No. 1 - Pzt - Lighting. The Contractors Obligations Related To The Implementation Of The Order Are Also Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Attached To The Swz.4. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires That, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Works (Included In The So-Called Direct Costs Resulting From The Bill Of Quantities) Be Performed By Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract, Regardless Of Whether These Works Will Be Performed By The Contractor, Subcontractor Or Another Subcontractor (So-Called Manual Workers Performing Activities In The Field Of Earthworks, Installations, Electrical Works) - This Does Not Include Activities Such As Construction Or Works Management, Surveying Services, Or Supplies Of Materials.
