The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Bituminous Surface And Sidewalk Along With The Replacement Of The Entrance Gate To The Military Complex At Ul. Jagiellończyka 2 In Grudziądz, Together With Surveying Services, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In This Contract And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Scope Included In The Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And Design Documentation. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works Regarding : Renovation Of Road Surfaces, Renovation Of Sidewalk Surfaces And Strips; Renovation Of The Lighting Electrical Installation; Renovation Of The Entrance Gate And Fence With Installation Of Barriers; Renovation Of Street Lighting, Waste Collection And Disposal; Surveying Support For The Completed Task. The Scope Of Works Also Includes The Performance Of Accompanying Works Consisting In Securing The Work Area With Warning Signs, Constructing And Maintaining Construction Facilities, Marking And Securing Installations And Devices On The Work Site. The Above Is Carried Out By The Contractor With His Own Efforts And At The Price Of The Contract. The Area In Which The Works Will Be Performed Will Be Open For The Duration Of Their Execution, Excluding The Part Of The Area Where The Works Will Be Performed. All Construction Works Should Be Organized And Carried Out In Such A Way As To Ensure Safety For People Staying Within The Complex And The Uninterrupted Possibility Of Using The Area Of The Military Complex. When Commencing The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Submits To Rzi Bydgoszcz, Through The Surveyor Indicated In The Contract, A Report Of Surveying Work In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To The Regulations Of The Military Center For Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation And The Design Documentation Reconciliation Team At Rzi Bydgoszcz - Registration Of Surveying Work - Regulations Available On The Website Rzibydgoszcz.Wp.Mil.Pl / Other / For Download. Upon Completion Of The Construction Works, The Contractor Will Commence The Overall Execution And Completion Of Measurement/Surveying Works And The Preparation Of A Surveying Report Enabling Changes To Be Made To The The Basic Map And The Land And Building Records. The Surveying Report Should Be Performed By An Authorized Surveyor In This Respect, In Accordance With Annex No. 8 To The Regulations Of The Military Center For Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation And The Design Documentation Coordination Team At Rzi Bydgoszcz - Regulations Available At Rzibydgoszcz.Wp.Mil.Pl / Other / For Download. The Contractor Submits The Prepared Survey Report To Rzi Bydgoszcz For Approval. Rzi Bydgoszcz Analyzes The Received Documents, Then Sends Back To The Contractor A Document Constituting Approval Of The Survey Report. The Document Constituting Approval Of The Survey Report Will Be Presented By The Contractor To The Ordering Party For Final Acceptance, Together With Other Documents Specified In The Contract. ►The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Ensure The Work Safety Of Employees Performing The Works (In Particular, To Train The Employees And Equip Them With The Necessary Equipment); 2) Secure The Area Against Entry Of Unauthorized Persons; 3) Carry Out Works On The Work Site In A Way That Does Not Cause Any Inconvenience To Users Military Complex; 4) Enabling Safe And Undisturbed Use Of The Complex Area By Employees, Soldiers And Visitors Of A Given Military Unit During The Execution Of Works; 5) Ensuring, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, The Persons Performing The Subject Of The Order, Appropriate Occupational Health And Safety Conditions, Clothing And Protective Accessories In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, As Well As Equipment, Measures (Including Personal Protective Equipment And Disinfectants) And Devices Necessary To Perform The Activities Covered By The Contract. If The Conditions As Above Are Not Met, The Contractor Shall Be Liable For Damages And Situations Arising As A Result Of His Or Her Actions Or Their Actions. Omission.►The Contractors Remuneration For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined In A Cost Estimate, According To The Price Indicated In The Contractors Offer.►The Contractor Provides All Materials And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order On Its Own And At Its Own Expense And Is Obliged To Use Construction Products Consistent With Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Permitted For Use By The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682 C.F.), With Current Approvals And Certificates Allowing Their Use. ► The Materials Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order May Not Reduce The Utility And Quality Value Of The Completed Order Elements Or Negatively Affect The Strength, Functionality, Aesthetics And Safety Of Use And Use Of The Work Area And Its Premises. Limits.► The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Works In Accordance With Construction Practice And Construction Standards, Applicable Technical And Technological Regulations And Standards, While Maintaining Applicable Health And Safety Regulations.► The Transport Of All Materials And Equipment To The Site Of The Works And Their Operation Are Borne By The Contractor.► The Contractor Is Obliged To Is Responsible For Ensuring Its Own Removal And Disposal Of Waste (Garbage, Debris, Etc.) In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Waste Act (Article 3(1)(32) Of The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012, Journal Of Laws . Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) And Documenting These Activities. The Contractor (Or His Subcontractor) Should Have Authorizations Resulting From The Act On Waste And Compliance With The Requirements Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Oj Of 2023, Item 1587). If The Contractor Uses A Subcontractor In The Above Scope, He Should Indicate The Subcontractor Along With The Offer. If The Contractor Does Not Indicate Entrusting The Removal And Disposal To A Subcontractor, The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Contractor Will Perform The Scope In Question On Its Own And Has All The Rights In This Respect In Accordance With With Applicable Legal Regulations.► The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Remove Scrap Obtained During Construction Works. Scrap Obtained From Ongoing Disassembly Should Be Immediately Weighed In The Presence Of The Ordering Partys Supervisory Inspector. Removal Of Scrap From The Construction Site Will Be Possible After Written Notification And Acceptance Of The Document By The Supervision Inspector. Each Removal And Reweighing Will Prepare A Quantitative Statement Of The Scrap Obtained From The Dismantling, Indicating The Type Criterion (Steel Scrap). Each Time, Based On The Prepared Statement Obtained From The Dismantling Of Scrap, The Ordering Party Will Issue A Vat Invoice In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Provisions Of The Act And Thus Authorize The Contractor To Sell Or Manage The Scrap Obtained From The Dismantling Of Scrap. The Value Of The Scrap Will Be Determined As Follows: Number Of Kg Of Steel Scrap X Pln 0.85/Kg (Average Wholesale Price In The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship) ;Number Of Kg Of Cast Iron Scrap X Pln 1.20/Kg (Average Wholesale Price In The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship);Number Of Kg Of Non-Ferrous Scrap (Brass) X Pln 18.57/Kg (Average Wholesale Price In The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship);Number Of Kg Non-Ferrous Scrap (Copper) X Pln 28.83/Kg (Average Wholesale Price In The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship); Number Of Kg Of Non-Ferrous Scrap (Aluminum - Cables) X Pln 8.10/Kg (Average Wholesale Price In The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship); ►The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Pavement Renovation - The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465).
