The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of A Task Called: Reconstruction Of The School Ground Floor, Including Wall Insulation, Replacement Of Window Shafts And Reconstruction Of The Rainwater Drainage System.2. The Task Will Include The Reconstruction Of The School Ground Floor Covering Rooms -1 To -16, Along With Wall Insulation, Replacement Of Window Shafts And Reconstruction Of The Rainwater Drainage System Indicated On The Plan In The Technical Design Of The Electrical Installation. 3. The Following Construction Works Are Planned To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Investment: 1) Demolition Of Metal Walls; 2) Removal Of Plaster (60% Of The Walls); 3) Removal Of Steel Doors And Replacement And Installation Of New Doors (In The Colors Agreed With The Ordering Party); 4 ) Painting (Color To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party) And New Cement And Lime Plasters;5) Repainting The Entrance Grate To The Cloakroom (In The Colors Agreed With The Ordering Party);6) Renovation Of Floors (Colors Agreed With The Ordering Party);7) Supplementary Works Of The Water And Sewage Installation ;8) External Works, Insulation Of External Walls And Modernization Of Rainwater Drainage; 9) Installation Of New Basement Window Shafts; 10) Reconstruction Of The Electrical Installation. 4. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Is Determined By: 1) Bill Of Quantities For The Construction And Sanitary Industry; Note !!!!!!!!! In The Bill Of Quantities On The Second Page, It Was Incorrectly Stated That Plaster Should Be Applied. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Plaster. Moreover, The Bill Of Quantities Indicated That Gypsum Plasters Should Be Made, But The Ordering Party, Due To The Fact That These Are Basements, Will Require Cement And Lime Plasters And These Should Be Used When Calculating The Price. 2) Bill Of Quantities For The Reconstruction Of The Electrical Installation; 3) Technical Design For The Reconstruction Of The Electrical Installation; 4) Technical Specification For The Reconstruction Of The Electrical Installation.
