1) Part 1 - Furniture - The Material Scope Includes In Particular: A) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Furniture With Assembly And Nursery Equipment, B) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In This Procedure And The Minimum Technical Parameters Are Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Table 1, C) All Furniture Should Be Brand New. The Term Factory New Means Products Made Of New Elements, Without Traces Of Damage, In The Manufacturers Original Packaging With A Visible Logo And Product Symbol. And Expiry Date, D) The Furniture And Equipment Offered Is Required To Have A Warranty For At Least 24 Months From The Date Of Delivery, E) The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Deficiencies And Defects Of The Subject Of The Contract Arising During Transport And Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price The Costs Of Transport To The Place Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order, F) The Ordering Party Informs That The Contractors Failure To Provide The Name, Manufacturer And Model Of The Offered Furniture And Equipment Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer. The Above Request Is For The Ordering Party To Check The Minimum Technical Parameters Of The Offered Devices And Equipment With The Requirements Set Out In Annex 5 To Swz, Table 1, G) The Delivery Item Must Be Free From Defects And Complete, I.E. Having All Accessories, Wires And Cables Necessary For Their Use. The Equipment Offered Must Be Ready For Use Without Additional Purchases.
