If The Ordering Party Has Indicated The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems In The Description Of The Subject Of This Order, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of Works In In Accordance With The Documentation Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Will Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
