Required To Complete The Job With Valid Certificate 5.#All Consumables And Any Othe R Material Required To Complete The Work 6.#Contractor Shall Provide All Personal Protective Equipment, First Aid Kit Available, Cov Id-19 Precautionary Kit At Site During The Course Of Works. 7.#Contractor Shall Complete The Work Within Specified Duration. Vendor Shall Be Ready To Work Any Time Of The Week Including Weekend And Holidays To Meet The Plant Requirement. 10.#If Any Damage Full Or Partial, Loss/Missing Of Material/Spares Or Such Kind Of Any Miss Happening Of The Pump During The Work Will Be Repaired/Replaced That Full By The Vendor With Their Own Cost. 11.#Any Damage Of The Adjacent Equipment , Lines, Instruments Etc During The Work By The Vendor That Has To Be Repaired/Rectified/Replaced Including Material 12.#Whole Work Including Transit To Be Insured And A Copy Of The Policy To Be Submitted Before Commencing The Work. 13.#Contractor Shall Follow Th E Dewa Safety Policy 14.#Daily Progress/Review Meeting Along With Dewa 15.#Upon Completion Of All Works, A Formal Work Completion Re Port Shall Be Submitted.
