Sealed Bids Will Be Received At The Thomas County Commissioners Office, Located At 116 W. Jefferson Street, P.O. Box 920, Thomasville, Georgia Until 1:00 P.M. On Friday, October 27, 2023, For The Following Project: Right Of Way Mowing For Thomas County Board Of Commissioners, 390 Miles, 4 Cycles, Total Of 1,560 Miles, With An Option For Litter Pickup, Tentative Start Date Of January 1, 2024. Contractors Submitting Bids Shall Certify In Writing That They Possess Or Will Possess All Necessary Paperwork, Equipment, Facilities And Personnel To Fulfill The Terms Of The Contract. Proof Of General Liability Insurance Will Be Required In The Amount Of $1,000,000 And Proof Of Workers Compensation Insurance As Required By Georgia State Law. There Will Be A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference For Anyone That Will Be Submitting A Bid On Friday October 13, 2023, At 1:00 P.M. At The Historical Courthouse Located At 116 W. Jefferson Street, 2Nd Floor, Room #215. The Maps And Road List Will Be Handed Out At The Pre-Bid Conference. Thomas County Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject All Bids That Is Non-Responsive Or Not Responsible And To Waive Technicalities. Bids Received After This Time Will Not Be Considered.
