The Ministry Of Children And Family Development (The Ministry) Wishes To Procure Staffs Uniforms For Its Youth Custody Services Division.The Ministry Has Separated Uniform Items Into Two Uniform Categories. The Ministry Wishes To Enter Into A Contract With The Successful Proponent In Each Uniform Category And The Successful Proponent Will Be Required To Be Able To Deliver Or Cause To Be Delivered All Uniform Items Within Their Uniform Category.The Two Uniform Categories And Their Constituent Uniform Items Are As Follows:Clothing: Shirts (Long Sleeved And Short Sleeved), Shorts, Law Enforcement Style Sweaters (Long Sleeved And Vest), Leather Belts, Socksfootwear: Boots, Running Shoesthe Contractor(S) Will Be Expected To Fulfil Orders Promptly For Uniform Items On An As, If, And When Needed Basis.The Term Of The Contract(S), If Any, Is Expected To Be For 3 Years With Two Options That The Ministry May Exercise At Its Sole Discretion To Extend For One Year Each, Up To A Total Maximum Contract Duration Of 5 Years.
