The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Electrical Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Existing I&C System (Control, Measurement And Automation Equipment) At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Ustroń At Ul. Sportowa 17, As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Modernization Of The Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant. Electrical Modernization Includes: Power And Control Switchboards In The Facilities, Cable Routes Of Power And Control Cables In The Area, Technical Calculations. The I&C System (Newly Designed) Will Have A Distributed Structure With A Central Unit Coordinating The Work Of Individual Controllers. The System Is To Be Managed From The Controller In The Sa Cabinet (Automation Cabinet), While The Controllers On Individual Objects Have The Function Of Collecting And Transmitting Data To The Controller In The Sa Cabinet. In The Event Of A Communication Network Failure, The Controllers In Individual Cabinets Are To Take Over The Function Of Managing The Operation Of Power Supply And Controlled Devices From A Given Wardrobe. The System Will Consist Of 7 Automation Cabinets Connected To The Sewage Treatment Plants Scada System (It System Supervising The Technological Or Production Process. Its Main Functions Include Collecting Current Data, Their Visualization, Process Control, Alarming And Data Archiving). All Works Must Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis With The The Ordering Party And The Investor Supervision Inspector. Before Submitting An Offer, The Investor Recommends That You Familiarize Yourself With The Scope And Nature Of The Works In Detail. The Contractor Will Provide The Construction Facilities On His Own. After Completing The Electrical And Instrumentation Works, As-Built Documentation Must Be Prepared, Approved By The Supervision Inspector And The Ordering Party. The Waste Generated As A Result Of The Works Should Be Managed In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws . Laws Of 2022, Item 699, As Amended), Which Will Be Confirmed In The Bdo Database - By Printing Waste Transfer Cards And Submitting Them To The Ordering Party. The Investment Task Is Co-Financed By The Government Fund For Local Investments - Górskie Communes. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In The Bill Of Quantities.
