1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Barracks Building No. 5 In Bartoszyce. The Order Includes, Among Others: Demolition And Dismantling Works; Flooring Works; Bricklaying And Plastering Works; Wall Cladding Works; Painting Finishing Works, Puttying; Replacement Of Door Joinery; Construction Of Partition Walls; Dismantling Of Water And Sewage Installations; Disassembly And Reassembly Of Radiators; Installation Of Cold And Hot Water And Circulation Pipelines; Installation Of Central Hot Water And Circulation Systems In Bathrooms; Installation Of Sanitary Sewage Systems; Installation Of Sanitary Devices And Fittings; Installation Of A Mechanical Exhaust Ventilation System; Selection, Delivery And Installation Of Air Conditioning For Server Rooms; Installation Of Hydrant System Pipelines With Hydrant Cabinets And Accessories; Performing Tightness Tests; Pipeline Insulation; Dismantling Of Power Supply Systems, Switchboards, Electrical Lighting And Socket Installations; Replacement Of General Lighting Installations; Expansion Of The Telecommunications Installation; Acceptance Tests Of Electrical Installations. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annexes No. 2, 3, 5, 6 And 7 To The Swz. 2. Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: Building No. 5, – Al. Wojska Polskiego 4, 11-200 Bartoszyce, Wog Elbląg, Soi Bartoszyce; 3. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty On The Subject Of The Contract For The Period Of: 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Defect-Free Protocol;4. Warranty Period: 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Fault-Free Protocol - According To Art. 568 § 1 Cc;5. Required Deadline For Completing The Order With Obtaining Material Effect: - Minimum 150 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, - Maximum 180 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
