Part I: Construction Of A New Fence A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1A To This Swz And The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2A To The Swz. Construction Of A New Fence At The Cholera Cemetery In The Town Of Radziechowy-Wieprz Within The Boundaries Of Plot Number 7424, Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under Number A-639/2020, In Accordance With Art. 27 Of The Act On The Protection And Care Of Monuments (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 840). Construction Of A New Fence Consisting Of Posts (Set In The Ground Or On Point Foundations), Steel Spans And Black Gates. The Current Height And Width Of The Spans And Posts Should Be Maintained. Examples Of Acceptable Forms Are Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. On The Above The Work Must Obtain An Appropriate Conservation Permit. In Accordance With The Above, The Contractors Activities Include: - Obtaining Permission From The Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. Due To The Need To Protect Trees Growing In The Vicinity Of The Facilitys Fence, It Is Recommended To Install New Fence Posts In The Place Where The Current Posts Are Located And To Provide Effective Tree Protection (Root Systems, Trunks) For The Duration Of Work On The Fence. Due To The Nature Of The Facility, Heavy Equipment, Including Car Lifts, Is Not Allowed To Enter The Cemetery.
