Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A New Agricultural Tractor In The Form Of Operational Leasing For The Needs Of Zak ad Us ug Komunalnych Sp. Z O. O. In Szczucin
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Operational Leasing (Within The Meaning Of Polish Law) Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor For The Employers Business Needs, I.E. Intended For The Provision Of Municipal Services, For A Period Of 60 Months, Meeting The Technical Parameters And Operational Conditions Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz .2. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Buy Out The Vehicle (Buyout At The Rate Of 1%), And Will Notify The Contractor About Exercising This Right Seven Days Before The Expiry Of The Contract.3. The Vehicle Should Be Covered By A Warranty Period Of At Least 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of Delivery.4. A Detailed Description Of The Warranty Can Be Found In Annex 1 To Swz5. The Initial Fee For Leasing A Vehicle Should Be 15% Of The Gross Price.
