The Contractor Is Obliged To Within 6 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, To Create A Bank Of So-Called Implants In The Health Care Complex In Busko-Zdr j. Deposit From The Assortment That Is The Subject Of The Order, Allowing You To Freely Choose The Appropriate Size. The Contractor Will Provide Implantation Instruments And Drives For The Duration Of The Contract. After The Procedure, The Contractor Will Complete The Implants Of A Given Size Within The Time Specified In The Contract Based On The So-Called Consumption Report Submitted By E-Mail By The Ordering Party.
