Improving Green Common Areas. The Object Of The Contract Is The Service Entitled Improvement Of Green Common Areas, With A Total Area Of 134 Acres. New Plantings Of Plants And Lawns, Installation Of Automatic Irrigation Networks, As Well As Maintenance Works Of The New Plant Material And The Existing Ones In The Intervention Areas Are Planned, So That They Can Be Upgraded Environmentally And Aesthetically. A Detailed Description Of The Physical And Economic Object Of The Contract Is Given In The Study Issues (Appendix 1) Which Are An Integral Part Of This Announcement. The Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Based Solely On Price, And In Particular The Lowest Total Net Value Resulting From The Largest Single Percentage Discount (%) To The Indicative Price Of The Study Budget For The Whole Of Its Budget Articles.
