The Contracting Authority Wants To Award A Service Contract For The Removal Of Abandoned Waste From Undeveloped Places And Greening Of The Affected Areas, Giurgiu County. The Areas Identified By The Contracting Authority And Which Present Such Storages, As It Appears From The Images Attached To The Specifications, Of Various Sizes And Surfaces Are The Following: Tarla No. 4 Balastiera Area; Anif Canal Area; Administrative Territorial Limit With Ulmi Locality; Str Orient - Str Tineretului - Str Lacramioarelor; Volvocortizo Area; The Sanitation Of The Lands Affected By Waste Deposits Is Requested, As Well As The Transportation Of Waste To Authorized Economic Agents In Order To Valorize/Eliminate Them. The Services Will Be Provided By Companies Authorized Under The Terms Of The Law To Provide These Activities, So The Interested Economic Operators Will Present Relevant Documents In This Regard In The Technical Proposal, Respectively Environmental Authorization/Anrsc License/Transport License Issued By The Romanian Road Authority Valid At The Time Of Submission Offers Or Equivalent. The Transport Of Waste Will Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Provisions Of Hg 1061/2008, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions. The Provider Will Ensure During The Transport All The Necessary Measures To Avoid The Scattering Of Light Waste From The Transport Vehicles. The Contracting Authority Recommends Visiting The Locations In Order For The Potential Bidders To Make Their Own Estimates Regarding The Situation On The Ground, For The Elaboration Of A Well-Founded Technical And Economic Offer. The Duration Of The Contract And The Planning Of The Activities Are Described In The Specifications. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers: 15 In Accordance With Prev. Geo 45/2018, The Term In Which The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information Is 10 Days Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers Or Requests To Participate.
