Multi-Projects Agreements For Onshore/Offshore Hvdc Converter Stations. Rte Intends To Launch A Call For Bid For Hvdc Vsc Onshore Converter Stations And Offshore Substations Part Of 1.2 Gw Hvdc Links At Dc Operating Voltage 320 Kv And 2 Gw Hvdc Links At Dc Operating Voltage 525 Kv Connecting Offshore Wind Farms (Owfs) To The French Grid.Rte Intends To Enter Into Multiproject Agreement(S) (Mpa(S)) With The Selected Contractors To Award By Securing The Contemplated Terms And Conditions Including The Commitments On The Availability Of Manufacturing / Construction / Installation Capacities And Delivery Dates. Each Group Of Onshore Converter Stations And Offshore Substations Defined In Lots Will Be Subject To A Calloff Procedure And Conclusion Of The Dedicated Epcic Contract, Considered As The Further Development Of Mpa(S). Should The Contractor Awarded For The Mpa(S) Be A Consortium, Each Epcic Contract May Be Concluded With All Or Part Of The Consortium Members. Moreover, The Maintenance Scope Of Work May Be Concluded By A Separate Contrat.
