Any Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information, Signed With The Extended Electronic Signature, Only Through Sicap, Within No More Than 18 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers According To Art. 160 Para. 1 And 2 Of Law 98/2016. To The Extent That The Requests For Clarifications Or Additional Information Were Addressed Within The Previously Stipulated Term, The Acs Answers Will Be Published In Sicap Within 11 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers According To Art. 160 Para. 1 And 2 Of L 98/2016, Ca Will Not Respond To Requests Addressed Through Another Means Of Communication Or Another Deadline Than The One Established.
