The Aim Of The Listing And Media Conversion Of The Paper-Based Archive Is To Replace The Paper Originals With A Full-Fledged Digital Copy, And That The Paper Original Can Be Destroyed After The Media Conversion And Quality Control Have Been Carried Out. The Scope Of The Procurement Is Listing At Case And/Or Folder Level, The Scanning Process/Image Capture, Post-Processing And Linking Of Scanned Files With Metadata And Depositing/Handing Over, As Well As That The Scanned Files Are Delivered Separately In A File Structure.
