After Receiving The Printing Files, The Contractor Is Obliged To Approve The Printing Files Provided By The Ordering Party And Notify The Ordering Party Thereof By E-Mail Within 1 Day;2.4. In The Event Of A Defect In The Printing Files, The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Submit The Corrected Printing Files To The Contractor Within 1 Day; The Contractor Is Obliged To Approve The Corrected Printing Files Provided By The Ordering Party Within 1 Day;2.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A File Containing A Preview Of The Cover In The Production Version To The Ordering Party For Approval Before Printing Begins. The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Accept The Submitted File Within 1 Day;2.6. The Contractor Will Deliver The Complete Quantity To The Ordering Partys Registered Office: Ul. Books Constituting The Complete Edition Will Be Packed In Packages Permanently Protected Against Weather Conditions And Will Have Protected Corners. One Package Cannot Contain More Than 10 Books. The Parcels Will Be Accompanied By A Wz Document Informing About The Number Of Books Delivered, 2.8. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Refuse To Accept Delivery Of The Quantity If: 2.9. The Contractor Will Not Provide The Wz Document With The Goods, 2.10. The Contractor Does Not Inform The Ordering Party About The Delivery Date In Advance, 2.11. The Contractor Packs The Goods Contrary To The Specifications, 2.12. The Goods Are Mechanically Damaged Or Have Other Defects, Including Technical Ones, Visible At The Time Of Acceptance, 2.13. The Ordering Party Retains The Right To Return The Volume Delivered By The Contractor At The Contractors Expense If, During The Verification Of Randomly Selected Books From The Delivered Volume, 15% Of Them Are Defective. Verification Of Randomly Selected Books From The Delivered Edition Will Take Place Within 7 Days Of Delivery Of The Complete Edition To The Ordering Partys Office, 2.14. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor By E-Mail About The Acceptance Of The Delivered Quantity Or The Need To Send It Back Within 7 Days From The Delivery Of The Complete Quantity To The Ordering Partys Office. 2.15.
