After The Scanning Process, The Negative Strips Should Be Re-Bedded In New Sleeves Provided By The Hamrba. Both The Old And New Cases Contain 7 Negative Strips. The Old Covers Are Labeled With Page Numbers. For Every Old Case There Is A New, Unique Counterpart With The Same Label. A Sleeve With Negative Strips Represents A Unit To Be Digitized. The Naming Of The Digital Copies Of The Negatives Of A Sleeve Corresponds To The Barcode Printed On The New Sleeve. The Metadata Is Assigned In An Excel Table Provided By The Hamrba. It Is Important To Maintain The Order Of The Negative Strips In The Sleeves.
