Contracting An Internal Reimbursable Financing In The Value Of 9,000,000 Lei, With Multiple Drawdowns And Repayments, For The Financing Of Public Investments Of Local Interest. The Object Of The Service Contract: Contracting By The City Of Mizil Of An Internal Repayable Financing In The Amount Of 9,000,000 (Nine Million) Lei, For A Period Of 10 Years, Of Which 3 (Three) Years Grace Period, With Multiple Withdrawals And Repayments , Respectively 7 Years Of Repayment Of The Existing Credit Balance At The End Of The Drawing Period, Approved By Hcl No. 38/08/03/2023. The Purpose Of Contracting: Ensuring The Necessary Funding During The Duration Of The Contracts With Eu Funding, Taking Into Account The Mechanism Applied In Their Case (The Applicant Pays And Later Receives The Money From The Eu), Regardless Of The Nature Of The Expenditure (Eligible/Ineligible) Or The Source Of Funding, Considering Taking Into Account The Fact That The Territorial Administrative Unit Must Provide Proof Of Payment For The Works Performed/Goods Supplied At The Time Of Submitting The Funding Applications. The Sums Drawn From The Credit Can Be Reintegrated To The Extent Of The Collection Of The Amounts From Financing Applications And Again Used And Reintegrated On The Same Principle. For All Projects There Are Financing Contracts Signed With The Respective Management Authorities, But The Stages Of Implementation Are Different, So They Can Be : During The Contracting Of Executors, Suppliers And Service Providers (Tenders Launched) During The Actual Investment Period. In Accordance With Art. 160 Para.
