The Purpose Of This Contracting Procedure Is To Select The Company That Will Carry Out The Service Of Sampling, Shipping, Laboratory Analysis And Technical Advice For The Quality Control Of Drinking Water, Purification And Control Of Discharges From Aguas De Lorca. The Provision Of The Contracted Services Must Be Carried Out Under The Conditions Established In The Technical Prescription Document, In This Specific Administrative Clause Document, In The Offer Of The Successful Bidder And In Accordance With The Regulations In Force At All Times, As Well As Other Legislation That Is Applicable During The Execution Of The Contract.
