Operation, Upkeep And Maintenance Of The Distribution Network And Drinking Water Billing Services For The Municipality Of Saint-Venant. This Contract Is A Composite Framework Agreement. The Ordinary Market Part Of The Framework Agreement Concerns The Day-To-Day Operation Of The Installations And The Invoicing Of Drinking Water And Sanitation And Is Estimated At 145,000 Euros Excluding Tax/Year. The Purchase Order Part Of The Framework Agreement Concerns Additional Interventions As Described In The Bpu Which Are Carried Out By Purchase Orders Issued On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement. The Contract Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 2 Years. The Contract Is Tacitly Renewed Until Its End. The Number Of Renewal Periods Is Set At 3. The Duration Of Each Renewal Period Is 12 Months. The Maximum Duration Of The Contract, All Periods Combined, Is 5 Years. The Total Amount Of Services For The Duration Of The Framework Agreement, For The Purchase Order Part, Is Defined As Follows: Period 1: 100,000 Euros (Excl. Vat). Period 2: 50,000 Euros (Excl. Vat). Period 3: 50,000 Euros (Excl. Vat). Period 4: 50,000 Euros (Excl. Vat).
