New Schroeter School Building; Outdoor Facilities. The New Building Project Is Taking Place While Maintaining The Ongoing School Operations Of The Existing Primary School. After Completion Of The Construction Work And Completion Of The Schoolyard Areas Around The New Building, The Demolition Of The Old Building With Caretakers House Is Planned. The Old Gymnasium Will Remain Intact. The Two-Story Old Building, Which Already Houses A Kindergarten On The Ground Floor, Will Also Be Retained. An Independent Building Service Development And A New Entrance Will Be Created For These Two Old Buildings. The Additional Open Space Created After Demolition Will Be Prepared In A Second Construction Phase Of The Outdoor Facilities. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Work On The Outdoor Facilities.
