An Important Component Of The Project Financed By Pnrr Is The Provision Of Equipment Designed To Reduce Nosocomial Infections In Order To Prevent Healthcare-Associated Infections And Reduce The Institutes Vulnerabilities. The Contractor Will Provide Equipment For Air And Surface Disinfection, Equipment For Rapid Self-Control Tests And Scanning Of Hand Hygiene, Cleaning And Disinfection Systems, Neutralization Of Contaminated Materials For The Equipment Of The Emergency Institute For Cardiovascular Diseases And Transplantation In Târgu Mureş, In The Quantities Requested By The Contracting Authority And Having The Minimum Characteristics/Specifications Specified In The Specifications. The Delivery Will Be Made According To The Requirements Contained In The Specifications. Any Request For Clarification Must Be Sent To Seap (Https://Elicitatie.Ro/). Pursuant To The Provisions Of Art. 160 Of Law 98/2016, Economic Operators Interested In The Procedure Will Request Clarifications Or Additional Information Regarding The Award Documentation. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers Is 18 Days. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Fully To All Requests For Clarification On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. Suspensive Clause This Procedure Is Initiated Under The Following Suspensive Clause: Completion Of The Award Procedure By Concluding The Public Procurement Contract Is Subject To The Following Condition: The Conclusion Of The Public Procurement Contract Is Conditioned By The Obtaining/Approval Of Financing From Non-Refundable European Funds – Pnrr For The Project Submitted By Iubcvt Tg Mures Within The Call Pnrr/2022/C12/Ms/I2.4 – I2.4 Equipment And Materials Intended To Reduce The Risk Of Nosocomial Infections, The Signing Of The Contract Being Possible Only In The Situation In Which The Provisions Relating To The Employment Of Expenses From The Budgets That Fall Under The Scope Of The Legislation On Public Finances Are Respected. If, Regardless Of The Reasons, The Obtaining/Approval Of Financing For The Project Submitted By Iubcvt Tg Mures From Non-Refundable European Funds - Pnrr Is Not Achieved Within A Maximum Of 90 Working Days From The Deadline For Submitting Offers, The Contracting Authority Will Apply The Provisions Of Art. 212 Para. (1) Lit. C) Sentence Lla Of Law No. 98/2016, It Being Impossible To Conclude The Public Procurement Contract. Bidders In This Procedure Accept The Use Of The Suspensive Condition Above, Assuming Full Responsibility In Relation To The Possible Losses They May Suffer In The Described Situation.
