The Area Is Currently Predominantly Leased And Developed. It Is Currently Used For The Handling And Storage Of Grain. It Is Built On By A Warehouse, Which Is Served By Truck Via A Dump. For Sea Exports, There Is A Line That The Current User Has Built On Neighboring Areas Based On Contractually Agreed Usage Rights With Neighboring Companies. A Separate Permission Agreement Must Be Concluded With Rostock Port For The Conveyor Bridge Crossing The Road Zum Tanklager, Which In Particular Results In The Obligation To Raise The Conveyor Bridge At The Request Of Rostock Port As Well As The Obligation To Provide Evidence Of Proper Maintenance And Installation.
