The Attention Of Bidders Is Drawn To The Fact That These Special Specifications Contain Anti-Social Dumping Clauses (With Significant Special Penalties) Developed Within The Framework Of The Strategic Development Committee Of The Charleroi And South Region. -Hainaut.
