Insurance Broker. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Contractors Obligation To Provide The Services Of An Independent Intermediary In The Capacity Of An Insurance Broker For The Client Under The Conditions Set Out In Act No. 170/2018 Coll., On The Distribution Of Insurance And Reinsurance, As Amended (Zdpz), And In The Binding Model Contracts For The Provision Of Insurance Administration Services And Consulting Activities In The Field Of Insurance (Sample Contract, Draft Contract Or Contract Depending On The Context). As Part Of The Services Provided, The Insurance Broker Will Perform The Following Activities: A) Analyze The Contracting Partys Insurance Risks (Including An Assessment Of The Contracting Partys Economic Resistance To Insurable Risk And The Contracting Partys Ability To Finance It); B) Compile An Insurance Program That Meets The Needs Of The Contracting Authority In Relation To Insurance Risks And The Possibilities Of The Insurance Offer; C) Mediate The Necessary Insurance On The Basis Of An Insurance Program, Or In The Case Of Awarding A Public Contract For Insurance, Prepare The Technical/Substantive Part Of The Tender Documentation; D) Manage Insurance Contracts; E) Ensure The Application Of Claims For Insurance Benefits (Implementation Of Liquidation Of Insurance Claims) With The Cooperation Of An Authorized Employee Of The Contracting Authority. The Services Of An Insurance Broker Will Include The Above-Mentioned Activities Provided Both For The Client Himself And For All Organizations Established And Founded By Him (With The Exception Of The esk Bud jovice Hospital).
