The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Water Treatment Plant And Water Supply Infrastructure In The Town Of Ponikiew In The Design And Build Formula - Plots No. 663/3, 655/4, 703, 731/3, 731/4, 732, 733, 742 , 751, 892/2, 892/13, 892/16, 892/19 Ponikiew District, Pu tusk Commune. The Task Will Consist In The Construction Of Two Deep Wells With The Installation Of Full Equipment (Deep Well Pumps With Control And Measurement Fittings, Shut-Off Valves And Pressure Pipes), Construction Of A New Water Treatment And Distribution System Along With The Construction Of A Water Supply Network Of Approximately 1,250 M. In Order To Complete The Task The Investment Project Is Expected To Be Divided Into Two Stages And The Following Works Will Be Performed: Stage I - Includes Construction Of A Water Treatment Plant + Water Intake Along With Design Documentation And Obtaining A Construction Permit, Including: - Design Works, - Preparatory Works, - Earthworks, - Execution Of Two Deep Wells With Equipment, - Construction Of A Container Water Treatment Plant With Equipment, - Construction Of A Control Visualization System From The Level Of The Dispatchers Station, - Construction Of Fencing And Lighting Of The Square Around The Well And The Water Treatment Plant, - Tidying Up The Construction Site And The Adjacent Area. Stage Ii - Includes Construction Water Supply Network Along With Design Documentation And Obtaining A Building Permit For The Remaining Scope, Including: - Design Works, - Preparatory Works, - Earthworks, - Construction Of A Water Supply Network Approx. 1,250 M Long, - Tidying Up The Construction Site And The Adjacent Area. Scope Of Works Up To Execution Of The Task Was Described In The Functional And Utility Program. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Familiarize Himself With The Actual Situation, In Particular Local Conditions, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Due Diligence In Performing The Task. The Ordering Party Has An Overview Of The Results Of Technological Tests Carried Out At The Pilot Experimental Station For The Purpose Of Building A Water Treatment Plant In Ponikiew, Which Will Be Provided To The Contractor At The Stage Of Contract Implementation. All Materials Used Must Have Documents Confirming Approval For Use In Construction (Approvals, Certificates, Technical Approvals, Quality Certificates). The Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, Applicable Legal Regulations And Significant Provisions Of The Contract.
