The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Protective Clothing And Personal Protective Equipment For Employees Of The Ministry Of National Defense And Soldiers And Specialists Of Military Units In The Supply Area Of The 34Th Wog.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into The Following 3 Parts: 1) Lot No. 1: Supply Of Protective Clothing; 3. A Detailed Quantitative Specification And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Are Set Out In: 1) Annex No. 1A To The Swz For Part No. 1 - This Annex Is Also A Form For Calculating The Offer Price.4. The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Are An Integral Part Of The Opz (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz).5. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New And Free From Defects.6. The Contractor Must Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using His Own Transport And At His Own Expense. Delivery Costs, In Particular Loading And Unloading Of The Goods, Are Borne By The Contractor. 7.
