1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel Consisting In The Sale Of Gas Fuel And Ensuring The Provision Of Its Distribution Service, To The Consumption Points, The List Of Which Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 2 Forecasted Volume Of Approximately 2,208,294 Kwh, Counting During The Delivery Period. 3 The Contractor Is Obliged To Make All Activities And Arrangements With The Distribution System Operator (Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Rejon Dystrybucji Gazu W Tarnów) Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Supplier With The Distribution System Operator. 4 The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Procedure Of Changing The Current Natural Gas Supplier On Behalf Of The Ordering Party.5 Information Regarding The Current Status Of Contracts For Gas Consumption Points: The Ordering Party Has Signed A Comprehensive Gas Supply Contract For An Indefinite Period With 1 Months Notice.6 The Expected Consumption Of Gas Fuel Is An Estimate. And Is Used Only For Comparison Of Offers And In No Case Constitutes An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Natural Gas In The Specified Quantity. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For The Ordering Partys Failure To Collect The Specified Amount Of Gas Or For The Collection Of More Gas Than The Forecast Amount. 7 The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
